RAYMARINE GEAR UP SALES EVENT REBATE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. GETTING YOUR REBATE

In order to be eligible to receive your Raymarine Gear Up Sales Event Mail-In Rebate:

(a) Purchase a complete Qualifying System between April 14, 2006 and May 31, 2006 (the “Effective Period”). Qualifying Systems and corresponding rebates are listed on the front of this form and on Gear Up instore promotional materials. All components of the Qualifying System must be new and must be purchased on the same date and from the same authorized Raymarine retailer or dealer in order to qualify for this rebate†. Qualifying Systems that are purchased on on-line auction sites are not eligible for this rebate and will not be processed.

(b) Complete the front of this form and sign it in the space provided. Your signature indicates your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

(c) Mail this completed form together with (i) the ORIGINAL ITEMIZED sales receipt showing your purchase of the components that comprise the Qualifying System AS WELL AS (ii) the FULLY COMPLETED warranty card or, where applicable, the warranty certificate (including serial numbers) FOR EACH COMPONENT, to the address listed in paragraph 3 below. If you choose to register your warranty information online at www.Raymarine.com (“Online Warranty Registration”), you are not required to include the warranty cards or certificates and will be eligible to receive an additional $5 rebate††. Please check the box on the front of this form if you have registered your warranty online.

Your completed form, original sales receipt and fully completed warranty card or certificate (or, in the case of Online Warranty Registration, your completed form and original sales receipt) will make up your “Claim”. YOUR CLAIM MUST BE POSTMARKED ON OR BEFORE JUNE 30, 2006 IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE THIS REBATE.

2. RAYMARINE ADDITIONAL REBATES

If at the time of purchase of a Qualifying System you also purchase any of the following “Additional Rebate Products”: a new Raymarine (i) CAM100 Marine Video Camera, (ii) 45STV Satellite T.V. antenna, (iii) wireless remote controller, or (iv) VHF Radio, and you send the original sales receipt for each Additional Rebate Product with a completed warranty card, together with your completed Claim, you will be eligible to receive an additional $30 rebate for each Additional Rebate Product. Only one rebate is available for any Additional Rebate Product purchased.

4. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rebate available only to residents of the U.S., Canada and Mexico (but void where prohibited or restricted by law) and may not be combined with any other offer from Raymarine. Only one Claim may be submitted in connection with the purchase of a Qualifying System. All Claims must be complete and include all required enclosures and information and be postmarked on or before June 30, 2006. Incomplete Claims (including claims with an incomplete warranty card or certificate) or Claims that are postmarked after June 30, 2006 will not be processed and not be eligible for this rebate. Offer is available to retail customers only. Raymarine is not responsible for incomplete requests or loss in mail. You acknowledge that your participation in this rebate program imposes no liability on Raymarine. In particular, Raymarine is not liable for any consequential damages. If you return any part of your Qualifying System, you will not be eligible to receive this rebate. Please allow 8-12 weeks for the processing of your Claim. All rebates issued in United States Dollars.

† In cases where a component of a Qualifying System is not available at the time that the other components of the Qualifying System are purchased (e.g. out of stock components or components that are back-ordered or special-ordered) more than one receipt may be submitted with your Claim, provided that ALL receipts are dated on or before May 31, 2006 and are all from the same authorized Raymarine retailer or dealer.
